Özen's PSA (Pressure Variable Adsorption) type nitrogen generators are designed to produce nitrogen gas on site, which is used in many applications, from food packaging to laser cutting, from electronics to chemical and pharmaceutical industries. On-site nitrogen production helps increase productivity by reducing operating costs.
The nitrogen generator consists of 2 tanks containing carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorber, valve group, air filters, pressure regulator, storage and balancing tank. The carbon molecular sieve in the tank produces nitrogen gas with a purity of 95% -99.999% by trapping oxygen and water vapor molecules in its pores.
